Those people who have used the public transportation system over a period of time may very well know about the people referred to as the “lay downer.” We are sure the name suggests who they are, or do we have to explain? Even though it is self-explanatory, they are the kind of people who lie down across the seat. So, based on the post made by Kim, it clearly shows this little boy was one of them. The child felt so entitled as he rested his head against his mother with his feet on the seat. For sure, many people found it quite annoying.
