Star-Nosed Mole
Included here is a peculiar creature that you may not have come across before. This is a mole with a snout that is shaped like a star. In addition to having more than 100,000 nerve fibers in their distinctive star-shaped nose, it allows them to quickly determine whether something is edible and then consumes it in less than one-quarter of a second after locating it. They are well-known for consuming food at a faster rate than any other animal on the face of the world.
